Special considerations
If there are any guests with allergies – vegetarians – diabetics or similar, a fee of DKK 100 per person will be added when changing the menu.
Menu
Before the company agreement, it is nice that you have given yourself some thought as to whether a 3 or 4 course menu or buffet is what appeals to you – we are happy to advise.
Wines
The events include the house’s selected wines – but we are happy to provide other options from our well-stocked wine cellar.
The coffee
Should cognac or liqueur be offered? There is a surcharge of DKK 40 per piece (2 cl)
Flowers
The arrangements are set with the house’s flowers. If you wish to bring your own flowers or other items for the setting, there is no discount on the price.
Menu card
If you would like a menu card with each envelope, there is an additional charge of DKK 10 per item.
Dinner
Do you want dinner and when should it be served?
Music – soloists – photographer
The music is always welcome to contact us and agree on when the equipment setup is most appropriate – and it is nice to know whether the food is at your own expense or the guest pays.
Table plan etc.
Table plans, place cards and any decorations must be submitted no later than 1 week before the event.
Number of Guests
The number of guests can be adjusted free of charge up to 3 days before the event. If cancellations are made less than 3 days before the event, the full price will be charged for the cancelled guests.
Settlement
The party is always settled on the day itself or by prior arrangement.
We accept cash and credit cards.
Wardrobe
Use of our cloakroom is at your own risk.
The food
Please note that we do not provide any form of compensation for dental injuries.
Gifts
Items brought to your party are at your own risk.
Stains on clothes
Contact the waiter on duty on the day, we will not replace the clothes, but of course we will offer you a dry cleaning if necessary.
Parking
Use of our parking lot is at your own risk.
Fireworks
Only with written permission from the police.
Sparklers
Sorry – Tablecloths damaged by sparklers will be replaced at a charge of DKK 600.00 per tablecloth.
We would like to point out that we reserve the right to move the company to another and more suitable location in the event of:
- Changes in number of guests +/-.
- Change from menu to buffet or vice versa.
- The music takes up more space than initially agreed.
