- Creamy salmon salad served in a crispy shell with salty pickled lemon
- Hot smoked mackerel served with fresh herb marinated potato salad filled with crispy vegetables
- Greenlandic shrimp served with aioli and freshly grilled lemons
- Whole crab claws
- Mixed salad filled with the day's delicious vegetables
- Fresh and crispy raw salad with tangy rosehip vinaigrette
- Table of mixed home-pickled vegetables, creamer and crisps

- Seafood stew served in crispy tartlets filled with parsley and root vegetables
- Roasted langoustine Meunier topped with fresh herb salad
- Lardo baked hake
- Rice pilau with squid and mussels
- Herb-baked tiger prawns
- Seasonal fresh oven-baked vegetables tossed in honey and lime glace
- Herb-baked petit potatoes
